The challenge of this work has been the rehabilitation of the old, non functional building.

This performance has been achieved by ACMS by the reconversion of Nord hotel which became part of the Continental chain, having as operator the prestigious hotel group ACCOR-IBIS.

ACMS executed works starting from consolidation to high class technical and esthetical rearrangements and finishing on a developed surface of approximately 16.400 mp.

The 8 months execution term of the works may be considered as a real record.

The ability to coordinate complex projects and observe the standards of international hotel chains are among the qualities of the specialized staff of SC ACMA SA.
